Partners in Faith is the only publication designed especially to give Catholic parents the help and support they need to raise faithful Catholic children.

Every issue of Partners in Faith is filled with practical ideas parents will use to build parenting skills and a Christ-centered family life. They'll add to their knowledge of the Catholic faith and grow devotion to the sacraments . . . all in friendly, everyday language that's easy to read and absorb in just a few minutes.

Dear Parents,

Welcome to Saint Denis Religious Education program. It is our goal to help you bring your child closer to Jesus through prayer, the celebration of liturgies, activities, group gatherings as well as through class meetings.

Our classes are taught by wonderful volunteers who give so generously of their time, talents and faith. Please help them by reminding your children about behavior that is consistent with the teachings of Jesus: to listen and be respectful of their teacher, the other children in the class and the property where their class will meet.

In regard to the program, we invite you to become part of your child's religious education. The children in Grades K-5 will be using the Sadlier text, "We Believe."

This program offers opportunities for parents to become involved in the faith formation of their child by utilizing the pages in the "Sharing Faith as a Family" unit openers, "Sharing Faith with My Family" chapter pages, and "Sharing Faith in Class and at Home" at the end of the text. Families also have access to the program Web site, www.WEBELIEVEweb.com in which to find safe web activities for your children and family-based faith activities to share.

Our program consists of three components: Liturgical and Spiritual Formation, Christian Service and the Curriculum. Please check with your child's teacher and this website for upcoming formation programs.

Saint Denis has a Kindergarten Program. If you would like to register your child, please call Kathy at the Religious Education Office.

Grade 1 Children: Please register your child for the coming year.
First Communion is 2 years of preparation. Please pass the word.
Registrations are available by calling the Religious Education Office or emailing Kathy at kathyaburton@verizon.net
